I’m creating my brand new signature self-care program designed for helping professionals experiencing burnout and stress. This program aims to help you make sense of your experience of burnout, get out of your cycle of burnout, make self-care a sustainable part of your lifestyle, and support your enjoyment of life and work. 

 

I’m looking for 10-15 helping professionals (music therapists, therapists, teachers, counselors, nurses, healthcare professionals, etc.) to be a part of a small beta group to go through this program before it launches.

 

This could be a good fit for you if:

  • You are experiencing burnout or stress and want to make a positive change.
  • You are vulnerable to burnout because you have a tendency to overwork yourself, have difficulty saying no, or can’t seem to maintain consistent self-care.

Program Content

This in-depth online course consists of 8 modules of recorded video lessons you can watch on your own, and 4 live office hours calls. Self-care assignments will be given through the program, and you’ll be able to interact with the other members to receive and give support. 

Though this is designed to be an 8-week program, this beta program will happen at a slower pace over a 4 month period to make sure you have time to keep up with the material. You can complete the lessons at your convenience, which will take about 1 hour a week.

(What is burnout, Types of burnout, What we can learn from burnout and stress, What needs to change?, Assessing and describing your experience of burnout)


Module 4: Exploring and Redefining Your Self-Care Values
(The origin or your self-care values, How to deal with guilt around self-care, Redefining your self-care values, Determining your parameters for success)

(9 categories of professional self-care, Managing your workload and professional role, Your self at work, Setting Boundaries at work, Compassion as a self-care practice)

By joining this beta program you’ll get:

The cost for becoming a beta member is $197. You can pay in full, or a payment plan is available for $55 per month for 4 months.

 


This is your chance to get early access to the course, save $300, and get some scheduled time with me during office hours. I won’t be taking on new coaching clients during this time to focus on giving this beta group an exceptional self-care experience.
