Next, we're going to start looking at the different dimensions of burnout. It's important for you to understand your experiences of burnout and stress so you can make informed decisions on what needs to change.
Remember, when we discuss burnout, we don't want to demonize burnout, but rather approach it with compassion and with an intention to learn from it.
So there's no need to judge yourself here, focus on gathering information.
